Fernando is a young Mexican ballet dancer who dreams of international recognition. He embarks on a dangerous journey to the United States in the hope that his patron, Jennifer, a wealthy philanthropist, will support him and help him realise his talent. However, his arrival causes turmoil in Jennifer's well-organised world, tests her beliefs and reveals the invisible barrier between dreams and reality.
