Cécile is an ambitious French chef. After winning a television cooking show, she prepares to open her own restaurant in Paris. Suddenly, her father suffers a third heart attack and she returns to her provincial hometown to help her family. There she meets Raphaël, her old school crush. Their feelings are rekindled, leading to doubts and disappointment over unfulfilled dreams. At the same time, Cecile is faced with an important personal choice—between her career and her family, between what she wanted to be and what she has become.

Nostalgic and sensitive, director Amélie Bonnin's debut film is a romantic drama, enhanced with musical moments that transform an otherwise familiar story into a pleasant experience.
