Arco is a ten-year-old boy who lives in the distant future of 2932. During his first flight through time, he accidentally ends up in 2075, where he meets Iris, a girl his age. Together with her robot guardian, they try to return home while facing global environmental challenges.

The film impresses with its visual qualities, inspired by the work of Jean Giraud (Moebius) and Hayao Miyazaki. Rich in color and detail, the animation creates a unique futuristic world in which rainbows are traces of time-traveling creatures. With its inspiring themes and unique style, Arco ranks among the most remarkable animated films of the year.
